HOW IT WORKS

A clear line from dispatch to delivered.

The office sets the load in motion. The hauler gets a simple link. The delivery details return to the same record.

Walk through the flow
  1. 01

    Build the load

Choose the customer, locations, date and cattle details. Start from a saved route when it fits.

  2. 02

    Assign and send

Put the load with a driver or carrier and copy the private load link for dispatch.

  3. 03

    Close out on the road

The hauler accepts, enters delivery details and uploads BOL files from a phone.

  4. 04

    Review in the office

The completed load and BOL appear in HerdHaul for follow-up and accounting review.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Know what comes next.

Do drivers need a paid account?

No paid driver subscription is required to use the private load link sent by a dispatcher. The proposed standalone driver app is a separate future offering.

Can I start using HerdHaul today?

Existing users can sign in. New office teams need an invitation or beta approval. Carrier portal sign-in is free, but a dispatcher must grant access to allocations. Request a demo to discuss availability.

What happens after a demo request?

The request form prepares an email to HerdHaul. Send it from your email app and the team can follow up to arrange a walkthrough. Nothing is charged or booked automatically.

Does it work without cell service?

Plan to have an internet connection when sending assignments, updating a load or uploading paperwork. Do not assume an action is saved until HerdHaul confirms it.

What about QuickBooks and billing?

HerdHaul brings delivery records and BOLs into office review. Ask us to walk through the QuickBooks connection and transaction review for your company. QuickBooks is a separate service.

Are these final subscription prices?

These are proposed monthly USD prices. Dispatch is planned at $249 for 300 loads, with a $99 bulk allocation add-on. Extra-load pricing and final subscription terms will be confirmed before enrollment.
