A straightforward path from planned to delivered.
Dispatch stays with the office. The driver gets only the load information needed to accept and close out the trip.
Four steps. One load record.
A delivered load brings the BOL, head count and weights back into the office workspace.
The beta driver link does not require a driver account. The office controls the assignment and keeps billing and pay information private.
- 01
Build the load
Choose the customer, locations, date and cattle details. Start from a saved route when it fits.
- 02
Assign and send
Put the load with a driver or carrier and copy the private load link for dispatch.
- 03
Close out on the road
The hauler accepts, enters delivery details and uploads BOL files from a phone.
- 04
Review in the office
The completed load and BOL appear in HerdHaul for follow-up and accounting review.
The office picks up from there.
Accounting can review the completed load, BOL and rates, then update invoice and payment status. Ask for a walkthrough of the company QuickBooks connection and review process before sending live transactions.
