1Read the confirmation message
A saved request can remain when the browser could not confirm the outcome. Successfully confirmed batches clear automatically.
2Retry the saved request
Use the recovery action to confirm the same saved submission instead of creating another batch.
3Check the board
Verify the expected loads and quantities after confirmation. If an error persists, include the support reference when contacting support.
